The contents and images within all patterns including instructions custom titles or toy names are owned by Colin of "Colin's yarn magic and remain my intellectual property even after purchase* and by purchasing or downloading this pattern you are agreeing to the terms set in this page it remains your obligation to read these terms and by completing the purchase or free download you have therefore been deemed to have agreed to these terms. Some of my designs may be based on established and otherwise publicly known characters I do not claim ownership of their trademarked property only the written instructions contained in the pdf and photos are owned by Colin's yarn magic. 

when SHARING your finished creations made using my design if asked for the pattern please direct your friends to the original source this could be a social media post or pattern store Please do not email or pm the pdf even if the pattern was free.

Giving credit on a social media post of your own work is NOT compulsory but would be appreciated e.g here's my ..... I used this pattern or pattern by @colins yarn magic

Regular limited use

• You may make and sell as many toys as you like using the pattern however you MUST NOT claim, sell or reupload the pattern in whole or in part to any website, blog or pattern store. This includes sharing screenshots of the pattern. 
• Do not use any images contained in the pattern Inc logos or from my social media for your own use
• you are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from offering free or discounted copies of a pattern that you have paid for, either for your own financial gain or to deny the designer their legal recompense. I will use legal means to reclaim any losses incurred.

Other Designers (regular limited use applies)

Plus 

• You MUST NOT use ANY of my written or recorded works,  in whole or in part to create video tutorials in English or any other languages on any platform under any circumstances.
• You are strictly forbidden from copying or modifying any instructions contained in the pdf when writing your own pattern either by rewording or cut and pasting into a new document and passing it off as a new original work.
• You must not profit from any unauthorised use of my work (including offering a free pattern on a personal website with ads).
• You may blog about and or share the original pattern link on a webpage running ads as long as it's the original pattern linking back to my store e.g writing a blog post or article of your favourite patterns 

If you think of an easier way to make one of my designs or think of ways to change a few bits here and there it's best to ask permission via email before publishing anything that could lead to a copyright infringement. if you publish without permission it must be clear this is your version of an original work also credit should be given for example  "My design was based on an original concept by Colin's yarn magic with a link to my YouTube page or raverly store 

• When making toys for children less than 3 years old then DO NOT use plastic eyes or any other small parts that may become a choking hazard if giving out as RAOCKs please include a choking hazard tag. Supervision and common sense should be exercised. Colin's Yarn Magic will take no responsibility for accident, injury or death resulting from improper supervision of children, or animals.
